Self-Expression Workshop

Allowing Your Spontaneous, Creative Self

Come connect with your creative impulses and imbibe from a well of co-creation in this “playshop” designed to soften you into spontaneity, connect you with your core, and jiggle you into beginner’s mind. Grace and Nayeli will provide a potpourri of fun and meaningful movement, improv, writing, expression and drawing prompts so you can muck around and explore being your “youiest” you (or a whole new you!) in a safe container. No experience required, and you can arrive exactly as you find yourself in the moment: giddy, heavy-hearted, grumpy or delighted, we welcome all.
