LORI HOPS, PhD, DCEP
Dr. Lori Chortkoff Hops, PhD, DCEP been featured with Mirrors of the Mind, including painting, photography, and poetry for more than ten years. Lori also loves to express her soul through dancing and writing. A member of LACPA since 1992, Lori has taught several classes for LACPA's convention and Lunch and Learn semimars.
Lori is a licensed Psychologist, (University of Houston, Texas), Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology (DCEP), Certified Logosynthesis Practitioner and Instructor, and is a Reiki Master in a private practice in Westlake Village, California, USA. Lori has served as President of ACEP (Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology).
Lori combines practices from western empirical science, wisdom traditions from around the world, and her personal heart based intuitive guidance when working with others. She teaches online courses on Embodied Intuition and Grounding and Centering for Wellbeing. She has taught internationally and in the US on energy practices, spirituality, ritual, coping with illness, self-care, laughter yoga, intuition, and movement and more.
Lori has an interview podcast show with over 50 guests. Healing Tips from the Heart: Intuition with Helpers, Healers, and Guides, on YouTube, Spotify, iHeart Radio, and Amazon Music/Audible.

Deep saturation of color inspired the piece. A sense of reflection mirrors the top and bottom portions. Sky blue and indigo background offers perspective on what is moving and what is still. New life forms emerge as they learn their way of being, formed in the visible light.
